Through BIMB Crafts & Exports LLP, we manufacture and export authentic Indian souvenirs, while Synergy Partners Creators LLP focuses on delivering robust construction and infrastructure solutions. Our tourism wing, Swapna Paryatan, offers immersive heritage and experiential travel journeys, complemented by the Pathey Bharatvidya Foundation, which focuses on research and awareness of Indian culture. Collectively, these ventures represent our commitment to blending economic growth with the preservation of India's rich heritage. By integrating these various sectors, we strive to provide comprehensive services that honor our roots while building for the future.
How We Grew?
Our journey began in 2003 in furnishing retail, followed by an expansion into ready-made garments in 2007. By 2010, we entered the international market by exporting eco-friendly Ganesh idols to the UK, marking our start in handicrafts. In 2014, we diversified further into the food industry with the launch of Sir Misal. Over the years, our growth has continued through fresh produce distribution and event management, reflecting our constant adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. Together, these milestones showcase a legacy of evolving businesses that bridge traditional values with modern opportunities.

Our Growth Journey
Swapna Udyog began its entrepreneurial journey in the furnishing retail sector.\n\nIn 2007, the group expanded into the ready-made gents garment retail business.\n\nIn 2010, it entered the Indian handicraft export market, marking a significant milestone by exporting eco-friendly Ganesh idols from Pen (Maharashtra) to the United Kingdom.\n\nIn 2014, the group diversified into the food industry with the launch of Sir Misal.\n\nOver the years the organisation has also undertaken ventures ranging from fresh produce distribution to large-scale event management, reflecting its adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
Our Foundation & Values
Swapna Udyog was founded by four first-generation entrepreneurs - Sumit Dole, Mandar Rayareekar, Mandar Pargaonkar and Ganesh Kathe - who began their journey without any business or financial background. Coming from lower middle-class families, their partnership was built on long-standing friendship formed during childhood at Swa-Roopwardhinee, Pune.\n\nTo create wealth with a purpose, and to build businesses that serve society.\n\nWhile each business vertical is managed with professionalism, structure and commercial discipline, the larger vision remains rooted in social responsibility, cultural preservation and ethical growth.\n\nAt Swapna Udyog we believe sustainable business success must generate economic value while contributing meaningfully to society.
